Products or Services
  
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
  
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the despatch of your order.
  
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or we are unable to make your order as per your personalisation specifications.
 
We may refuse to process and/or accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to any time. 
  
Certain products and/or services may only be available online through this Website. 
  
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our online store. We cannot guarantee that the screen of your device will display colours accurately.
  
Engraving
  
Engraving is only available on products that are sold by Bernarda on this website.
   
Complimentary engraving is only available on applicable products. Complimentary engraving is only eligible on Bernarda's designs that are listed on this website.
  
Any engraving that is of a custom design, depending on the complexity of the design or on the size of the engraving, may be subject to an engraving fee.
  
Orders placed through our website using our engraving designer tool will be engraved exactly as per your instructions given via the engraving designer tool. 
  
Delivery
  
Delivery times may vary with items that are made to order. Where applicable this will be specified in the item description on our website. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside of our control.
  
Delivery of an order will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
   
Online Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed on bernarda.co.uk please email us within 2 hours of placing your online order. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your order therefore we request that, if eligible, you return the items for a refund.
  
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we can track your delivery. We are unable to refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch. This is the amount of time it takes for Royal Mail to classify a package as being lost.
  
International Delivery
When we send items internationally the parcels are often handled by more than one postal service. Sometimes this may mean that delivery problems can occur. When we send a parcel abroad, the delivery is the responsibility of the destination country's postal service. Delays can occur due to customs checks.
