Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery, all our pieces are made to order by us in our London studio.
Blank items (items without engraving) will be made within five working days of your order being placed.
Engraved items will be made within seven working days of your order being placed.
Bespoke/custom order delivery times will vary depending on the design and work required.

We hope your jewellery is as you expect it to be but if you would like a refund or exchange we are happy to do so on any unmodified items that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on engraved, personalised or bespoke items. If your engraved, personalised or bespoke item arrives to you damaged or faulty we will replace it for the same item.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days since the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to return an order to us please email us first to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with instructions on how to go ahead with your return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn/unused, in it's original packaging and in perfect mint condition.
Non-returnable items include earrings, bespoke/custom items, engraved items and gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and checked we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or your return or the rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that your item is delivered in a defective, faulty or damaged condition we will exchange the item for the same item. Please email us at email@example.com for an exchange on defective or damaged orders.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a defective or faulty item to us for exchange we will provide you with a shipping label for the return of the item to us.
You are responsible for the item until it is returned safely back to us. For this reason we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service when shipping your item to us.
